On your wedding day, we handle every detail—from setting up and breaking down decor, and signage to coordinating both ceremony and reception with a seamless flow. Our team guides guests through each transition, assists photographers in capturing special moments, and provides VIP service for you and your loved ones. We manage vendor coordination, resolve any issues that arise, and oversee the distribution of flowers, and gifts, ensuring everything is handled smoothly from start to finish.

  • Welcome packet upon signing
  • Set up and breakdown of wedding day items. 
  • Ceremony and reception coordination. Including placing vendors, music cues, timeline management, and more. 
  • Distribution of personal flowers to the bridal party/parents/grandparents on behalf of the florist. This includes pinning boutonnières, helping with corsages, etc.

At first, I was relying on my venues coordinator to assist and thought that would be enough, but I learned I needed more help. "Where do we even begin.. We've had the pleasure of having Kara as our lead wedding planner for over a year. I found her company through a wedding giveaway from my favorite Estheticians, Skin Goals Local. After feeling out some information, Kara was very responsive and gave us the answers we didn't even know we should be asking... I loved her immediately.
